Even fish were caught using natural methods and fed with typical wild fish eats.

To be able to hold fast to the Paleo diet, fish must be eaten only when they are caught fresh from the waters without using harmful methods of catching. At any rate, fish must not have breeding of any kind.

For vegans, vegetables are highly recommended, except when the vegetables are grown in inorganic ways. Pesticides and composts were absent during the Paleolithic age. There are also no reasons why these harmful chemicals ought to be used as a part of farming vegetables.
